Open bids, new awards, and the contracts whose end date on the record falls in the year ahead.
Every line backed by its record
A link to the government record on every line. Contract lines show who the agency lists as the contractor, the end date on the record and any extension date. Where the county published a bid tab, you also see what every bidder bid, as tabulated.
The full list on the web
The same feed in your browser, with everything for the week, not only what fits in the email.
Export to CSV or PDF
Your metro's list with every bid and every source link, ready for your estimator or your bid calendar.
Look up any firm
Type a company name to see the bids it put in, the contracts it holds and their end dates.
Federal work labelled plainly
Small-business set-asides carry a badge that says who could bid. Sole-source and AbilityOne awards and orders under an existing contract are marked “Not open to bid”, with the reason.
“Wrong record?” on every line
Press it and your report is emailed to a co-founder, with the government record behind that line.
Your whole team
Invite the people who bid with you. There's no charge per user.
Live today: Montgomery County, MD (county government contracts) and federal grounds, tree and snow work at sites across the Washington metro. Chicago and its Illinois suburbs are on a waitlist and not live yet. Anywhere else in the US you get federal sites only, labelled as such. Where the data comes from

Montgomery County's own pages
$0Bid tabs, contracts list, open solicitations
Bid tabs (one HTML page per IFB), the active contracts list, and open solicitations. Three separate places. The contract list has no amounts; the tabs don't name the holder. Nothing joins a contract to its bids or warns before an end date. A contract's row disappears once it ends.
Maryland's procurement portal, where state agencies, local governments and schools post solicitations. Notices only, as far as we know (not verified): we haven't found prior bid totals or end dates in the notices.
Federal awards: the recipient, federal obligations to date, and the current period of performance. Federal only. Obligations to date are not what the contract will total, and the end date is only the current option period.
Open government grounds bids from SAM.gov and Louisiana's LaPAC, by email. Open bids only. Alerts cover Gulf states; Gulf Pro adds a CSV of every open grounds bid they track, federal bids in all states included.
$249/month ($2,988 a year)
Founding: $149/month for the first 10 firms
Who the agency lists as the holder and the end date on the record, for public grounds, mowing, tree and snow contracts, with a link to the record on every line. Where the county published a bid tab, what every bidder bid.
2nd-hand means the price comes from a third party's page, not the vendor's own. Check it with the vendor before you decide.
Not in the table: TurfBids, BidBrief, BidHits, Civic IQ, GovWin IQ (Deltek). We haven't found a price page you could check for these yet.
Where rebiddate falls short
One metro today. For local agencies we read Montgomery County Government only, not MCPS, Montgomery Parks, WSSC, Rockville or Gaithersburg.
Contracts bought by RFP have no price tab, so for those you see the holder and the end date but no bids.
Federal lines show the holder and the end date, not other bidders' prices: federal award records don't list them.
No bid documents. The county hosts those for its formal bids on BidNet Direct.
Many weeks bring nothing new. The county opens only a few grounds, snow or tree bids a year.
If all you want is Montgomery County bid notices, BidNet Direct's free plan may be enough.
Billing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial is 14 days and we never ask for a card. You only enter one if you decide to keep the feed.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't pay, the Monday email stops. Your feed and saved metro stay readable on the site, and nothing is charged, because there's no card on file. We email you before the trial ends, so it's never a surprise. To keep it, press “I want to subscribe” in Billing and we'll set up your plan with you.
How does the founding price work?
The first 10 firms to subscribe by 28 Feb 2027 get $149 a month instead of $249. That price is locked for 12 months, then it moves to the list price. If a founding firm cancels, its place opens up for another firm.
The founding price closed on 28 Feb 2027. Every new plan is $249 a month.
What does “per metro” mean?
One subscription covers one territory, the area you set on one screen. Today the only metro with county contracts is Montgomery County, MD, plus federal sites across the Washington metro. Chicago and its Illinois suburbs are on a waitlist and not live yet. Anywhere else in the US you get federal sites only, labelled as such. Type your ZIP at the top of this page to see what your area has before you start.
Do you charge per user?
No. One subscription covers your firm. Invite your estimators and anyone else who bids with you, at no extra charge.
How do I pay? Is there a yearly plan?
Monthly. Card checkout isn't open yet: press “I want to subscribe” in Billing and we'll set up your plan with you. There's no yearly plan and no contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Card checkout isn't open yet, so nobody is being charged and there's nothing to cancel.
Why does it cost more than a bid-alert service?
Alert services list bids that are open now. rebiddate shows who holds each contract and the end date on the agency's record, with a link to the record on every line. Where the county published a bid tab, it also shows what every bidder bid last time. If open bids are all you need, a free portal or an alert service may be enough.
Can I talk to a person first?
Yes. Book a call and pick a weekday time in your time zone. Every request is emailed straight to a co-founder.
Try it on your own area
14 days free, no card. If it's not for you, let the trial run out. Nothing is charged.
