Who we are

rebiddate is a product of Helios One Oy, business ID 3596623-5, a limited company (osakeyhtiö) in Finland ("we"). Our US mailing address is 3075 Clay St, San Francisco, CA 94115. Email: hello@rebiddate.com.

What you get

A weekly email and a web feed of public grounds, tree and snow contract records for your metro, each line linked to the government record it comes from, with CSV and PDF export. One plan covers one metro. What we cover today is on Where the data comes from.

Free trial

The trial is free for 14 days and needs no card, so we can't charge you for it.

When the trial ends and you haven't started a plan, the Monday email stops and exports from your account stop. Your feed and your saved metro stay readable. Start a plan any time to get both back.

Price and billing

A plan costs $249/month per metro. It is billed monthly in US dollars (USD) through Stripe by Helios One Oy. You pay by card on Stripe's own checkout page.

Founding price: $149/month for the first 10 firms that subscribe by 28 Feb 2027, for 12 months. After that, the list price above.

Each month is charged at its start. See your invoices and change your card on Stripe's billing page, from Billing in the app.

Cancel anytime

Cancel whenever you like from Billing in the app. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't charge you again. After that the Monday email and exports stop, and your feed stays readable.

If rebiddate ever closes

We'll email you at least 30 days before it closes, and refund the time you've paid for and can't use.

The data

Everything in the feed comes from public government records, and every line links to its source. We offer it as is: we don't promise that a record is complete, correct or current, and agencies change and correct their own records. Check the source before you rely on a line, for example before you bid.

An end date on a record is not a rebid date: a contract can be extended, bridged or cancelled. Bid totals are what the agency tabulated. Where the data comes from says what each record does and doesn't prove.

If a line looks wrong, press Wrong record? on it. Every report is emailed to a co-founder.

Fair use

• Use rebiddate for your own firm's work. Invite teammates from the app instead of sharing your sign-in.
• Don't copy the site or the app in bulk with scripts, overload them, or try to get into parts that aren't yours.
• Don't use the names, emails or phone numbers in agency records to harass anyone.
• Follow what each publisher's own terms ask of people who use its records: Public records.

If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend it, and we refund any paid time it can't use.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or a bid or contract you didn't get, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We post every change here with a new date. If a change affects your plan, we email you before it applies, and you can cancel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
